- Flax Weaving : Mahi Raranga

- Te Kaahurangi Maioha will introduce you to tikanga/protocols of mahi raranga/flax weaving. You will create a woven taonga kete. (No extra cost for materials) – Saturday 27th June 2026
- Wool Felting
- Create your own wool figurines for the seasonal table or for puppet shows! Sabine Laakman will show you how to bring wool fleece to life using needle and foam. A fun and rewarding class for beginners and advanced alike. (Cost for materials will be $20) – Saturday 27th June 2026
- Pottery
- Join Britt Aberahama for a relaxed and creative workshop where you’ll hand-build coffee cups or a vase using simple clay techniques – no experience needed. You’ll shape, design and choose your glaze colour, and your pieces will be returned to you once fired. All tools and aprons provided.(Cost for materials will be $25) – Saturday 27th June 2026
- Flower Wreath Making

Jo-Anne Doig will work with you to have your home full of flowers and beauty during the winter months when your gardens are resting. You can decorate a wreath and make a wall-hanger with dried flowers. As well, learn about growing and caring for flowers, and how to dry them.(Cost for materials will be $40) – Saturday 27th June 2026

Cost: $125 includes morning tea and tuition. Materials costs are extra dependent on the workshop, and are payable directly to your tutor on the day.
Please note these workshops require min. numbers to run.
For any cancellations on participants part, workshop fees are refundable less a $50 administration fee.
