We have a beautiful campus with established grounds and a range of rooms that can be hired for meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops and special events.

The Tui room and classrooms have large-sized chalkboards, although whiteboard is available for hire if preferred or required.
Use of kitchen facilities is for drink and food preparation and includes use of crockery and cutlery etc. The hirer must provide his/her own food and beverages, tea, coffee etc.
Terms and Conditions of Hire:
Taruna acts solely as the renter of the venue.
All external parties are required to have the qualifications and insurance for all activities that they conduct at Taruna.
Taruna has no responsibility for injuries or loss of property.
Please adhere to the times of your booking. Hirers are free to arrive up to 30mins before their booking time and leave within 30mins after (unless otherwise organised with the Taruna office).
The room must be left as it was found and all rubbish removed if there is no bin available in the room.
Please exercise awareness with the use of sound; any music must be appropriate.
Please ensure all windows and doors are secured and locked upon departure.
All hirers are liable for any damage that occurs at Taruna during the time of rental.
Payment can be made either before or after hire by cash or bank deposit. (no eftpos available).
Invoices are sent out to all hirers at the beginning of each month for the previous month.
